new! intro to mushroom IDSunday, September 15th, 2019
9am - 12pm -location accessible by transit within Vancouver- Registration is closed - email for enquiries Unlike our usual full-day structure, we won't be harvesting any mushrooms on this workshop. It is meant to introduce curious minds to the basics of mushroom morphology. A short walk around a city park, this will be a great primer for the full-day workshops or as an alternative for those with accessibility or time limitations. Children welcome. |

830am to 430pm SOLD OUT waitlist full Cooler weather mushrooms like 'the Gypsy' excite our sense of smell and critical analysis (ie. why do we have racist names attached to mushrooms?). Of course, we will be identifying and doing all the great science-y, hands-on stuff too. |
